Who collects payment from the customer?
The service provider collects payment directly from the customer for the completed job.
Who decides the price?
The provider estimates their own work and sets the cost. We strongly recommend that customer and provider agree the price before the job starts.
A provider accepted my job. What happens next?
You see who accepted, along with their rating, and you confirm or decline them. If you decline, the request goes back out to other providers nearby.
Does it cost anything to join as a provider?
Joining is free. A commission applies only to work you actually complete.

Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Jordan and the United Arab Emirates.
